Baryon Systems is not yet a registered legal entity. While in public preview the project does not invoice and does not hold a VAT identification number. A registered legal form (UG / GmbH / Ltd) will be set up before paid services launch and this notice will be updated accordingly.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
The content of this site is created with care. We assume no liability for the correctness, completeness, or topicality of the content, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Under §§ 8–10 TMG, as a service provider we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
